World leader TTS Marine aims to increase activities in the RoRo, RoPax, Cruise and Naval segments. To strengthen our Sales and Projects department and open possibilities to get familiar with the technical project work, a position has been created where the main task will be supporting Project Manager Sales and Estimate in the work of developing new building and conversion projects.
We offer an interesting and varying position, where you, together with the team, will develop technical solutions specified in the customer’s inquiry. You will work together with Project Manager Sales studying customer’s inquiries and develop solutions. This work will include making 2D/3D CAD drawings, calculations of steel structures, hydraulic and electric systems, visualizations and simulations as well as creation of technical specifications. You will support Estimate in finding relevant reference objects for input to the price estimate. You may be independently responsible for minor projects or parts thereof, mainly internally in the office, as well as contacts with certain clients. Over time, this position can be a natural next step to being a Project Manager Sales.
This position requires a technical background (B.Sc., M.Sc. or similar), newly graduated or with some years’ experience with knowledge about our products, or a high capacity to learn our business and products, as well as good knowledge in the fields of strengths, mechanics, hydraulics and electrics. We are looking for a person who is capable of handling several projects simultaneously, working independently as well as in a team and focused on the work to find solutions to our customer’s demands.
