About the position

As Service Technician you will be part of our Technical Support and Aftersales (TSA) team and closely linked to our product development and regional sales teams. Your workplace will be in Stenyxegatan 3, Malmö, reporting to the Service & Engineering Manager Sweden. You spend a lot of your time at our customer’s sites; in marine workshops, on ships, in power plants and at shipyards all over the world. You will learn how to use, service and repair our tools. When meeting customers, you capture their needs, some of which are used for improving our product and service offers. We strive for excellence when it comes to customer service. Finding the right solution for a customer is our favorite challenge and we love it. We are generous in sharing our knowledge with colleagues and customers. Continuous improvement is in our genes, and we evolve by experimenting and standardizing successful outcomes step by step. This concept has been proven to lead to healthy business growth and a fun work environment.

About you

More emphasis will be put on your personal features and experience than on your formal education. The position involves interacting with people, both internally and externally, and it is important that you like to listen, learn and act.

  • You have a technical interest and probably a background in practical technical work, manufacturing or as crew member onboard vessels.
  • You are a true team player and willing to carrying other duties when needed to support the team.
  • You speak and write English as well as Swedish, Danish or German. Other language skills are meriting.
