The position:
We are looking for a Nautical Superintendent to join our office in the centre of Gothenburg. The role comes with focus on nautical, safety and operational matters and contains a backup function for our DPA/CSO and our Crew Manager.
Primary duties but not restricted to:
- Budget Responsible for Fleet/Vessel budget related to Nautical and Safety costs, in co-operation with the Technical Superintendent
- Monitoring the Nautical and Safety standards in our fleet
- Conducting vessel inspections and internal audits onboard our vessels.
- Project Management connected with vessel cargo operation
We are looking for a person who is positive, initiative and a team-player. Your background is a Master Mariner with sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer who served a few years ashore in a Ship Management organisation. As English is the working language in the company, you should have good skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
