The position
As a Master or mate you will be responsible for the daily transport of technicians and spare parts for the offshore wind farms in Europe. We aim to create the highest possible standards of professional service to our customers and you will be a crucial part in achieving this. Our rotation system is a 1:1 system, 2 to 3 weeks onboard and 2 to 3 weeks back home.

We are looking for crew members with offshore knowledge and the right qualifications (STCW II/3) or higher. We seek collaborators that see solutions instead of problems, can cooperate with their colleagues and express yourself, in English and in Swedish or Danish. At work, you are expected to act on your own and make independent decisions, and at the same time have good interpersonal skills. On our vessels you get the opportunity to both take the watch at sea and maneuver the ship in port, so both navigational and seamanship skills are required. Experience from similar vessels and vessels of roughly the same size as our vessels is an advantage.

Safety onboard is our top priority and knowledge and interest in the HSEQ area is required of all our personnel to ensure that we minimize unnecessary risks when working onboard. As a master, you will be familiarized with our on-board maintenance system and manage the paperwork onboard. In short, if you’re a risk-aware, well organized person who has a basic understanding of how ship engines work, you’re who we’re looking for.
