Polar Crewing is a newly established recruitment company specializing in vessels operating in the Arctic regions.

Currently, we are seeking a Crew Manager or Crew Officer who is eager to work in qualified recruitment and coaching of future talents within the expedition industry.

The position is part-time (50%), with the desired location being Gothenburg, but we are open to other solutions. We aim to transition to a full-time (100%) position within six months.

We are looking for someone interested in people and some maritime experience. Be prepared for a fair amount of administration and engaging conversations.
