Green Tech Marine, a world leading marine Scrubber manufacturer, develops innovative and high-performance solutions within environmental and energy-saving technology for the maritime and offshore industries. The young company’s leadership has extensive experience and expertise in the marine industry.

Green Tech Marine has offices in Norway and Sweden and will shortly open up an office in Miami. Our compact exhaust gas scrubber for ships have proven to be very successful and we therefore need to expand our Project department in Gothenburg with more technical skilled persons. For the right candidate this is a great opportunity to join an exciting and growing company with cutting edge technology.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for persons with previous experience as Project Manager / Technical Superintendent or similar from new buildings or existing vessels. Suitable background is from shipbuilding industry, manufacturing plants, process industry or ship management. You will work in a challenging, fast moving and developing industry. As a person you are a powerful character with good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Our products covers the fields of steel, piping, mechanical, process and automation systems so experience from any of these fields is required as well as good technical understanding of marine systems. The position is located at our office in Gothenburg but require extensive travels to ships, customers and suppliers and other Green Tech offices. You will work in an international environment so you need to be skilled in the English language, both in speech and in writing.

Duties and Responsibilities

The main task of this position is to lead and coordinate deliveries of Scrubbers to ship owners and shipyards and to make sure it is done within given time frame and budget. Our Project Managers are the main contact between customer, production department and design department. You will work with production plans and coordinate the production, design and delivery of our Scrubber system to ensure that it fulfills the quality requirements stated by Customer and Classification societies.
