On behalf of Oresund DryDocks, MARPRO Group is looking for a Technical Project Manager for the shipyard in Landskrona.
The job
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our ship repair projects, using your technical expertise and business sense to make a real impact. This is a challenging and dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with professional teams in an international environment, managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning to completion, with full responsibility for commercial and technical aspects
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Act as the main point of contact for our customers, keeping them informed on project progress
- Manage your project team, which includes department managers, foremen, and a controller
- Adapt to the unique requirements of each project while staying up to date on its technical and financial details
You will report to the Head of Project, who oversees a team of six Project Managers.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant maritime or technical degree
- Strong knowledge and understanding of technical and operational matters
- Fluent in Swedish (Scandinavian) and English, both spoken and written
- Hold a valid driver’s license (B)
- IT-proficient with good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to obtain Swedish Security clearance
