In this role, you will be part of a team at the forefront of vessel performance optimization, working with advanced data insights to improve efficiency across hull & propeller, main engine and auxiliary systems.

You will play a key role in transforming operational data insights into actionable recommendations, combining analytical expertise with a strong understanding of vessel performance. Through continuous monitoring, in-depth performance reviews and targeted advisory, you will support ship owners and operators in optimizing their fleet operations.

We are looking for highly skilled, driven and passionate people that will form the core of the company. We want to create a workplace that is open and welcoming, celebrating individuals and differences, and we believe that diversity of thought, background, and experience makes us stronger. We therefore have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ , abilities, ethnicity, and generations.

The position is based in Stockholm and travelling will be required from time to time. Hybrid work is offered, with access to an inviting office in central Stockholm for interacting with colleagues, as well as the possibility to work some days per week remotely or based on specific agreement.

We offer a range of benefits that strengthen your health and well-being, safety and career development, while we value flexibility and community. We are happy to tell you more about Overseas key benefits!

  • Perform monthly performance reviews and distribute performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support vessels on demand in reporting follow-up on relevant operational deviations

  • Provide actionable recommendations and follow-up to ensure they are executed.

  • Collaborate with colleagues on customers onboardings and provide relevant feedback to further strengthen the Oversea product offering.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data and people – where maritime experience and analytical thinking is just as important as the ability to build trust and create value in customer dialogue.
