Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore Denmark is looking for an extrovert Naval Architect/Marine Engineer with background from international ship operation. You will be a part of a team of passionate colleagues and a company, which is well known for delivering of quality and good service. The vacant position is based in our Customer Support Centre in Copenhagen. You will provide service to our Key Accounts in Denmark, Sweden and Iceland

Primary tasks

• Provide shipowners and ship managers with technical support
• Maintain business relationship with Bureau Veritas’ Key Accounts
• Attend business meetings and assist with sales/after sales tasks
• Contact with Flag States
• Trouble shooting
• Perform ISM/ISPS/MLC audits

Preferable education & qualifications

• Formal Qualifications as a Naval Architect and/or Marine Engineer/ or dual officer
• Ship / fleet management experiences 
• Experience from shipping companies with international operation of ships
• Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavia languages, both written and spoken
• Good IT skills
• Willing to travel and willing to live near Copenhagen
• The preferred candidate is able to focus on adding value to our clients and is commercial minded
